Our terms, in plain English
This is a summary. The signed licensing agreement sets out the full terms.

70% of revenue goes to you, and 30% goes to us. There are no upfront costs.

Our agreement is non-exclusive and in-flight only. Every other right stays with you, and so does ownership of the film.

An initial two-year term that renews annually. You can leave at any time with 30 days’ notice.

You receive a statement every quarter, and payment within 30 days of an airline paying us.

The only deductions are bank and currency fees and evidenced delivery costs. Nothing else.

Airlines sometimes ask for minor compliance edits; no other changes are made without your approval.

Ark Film holds non-exclusive worldwide rights to a selection of short films from award-winning production company Gatton Films. Each film is unique, yet all are united by an atmosphere that lingers long after viewing. Titles can be delivered in ProRes and H.264, with subtitle files available on request. Screeners are available on request, and we are happy to put together a selection for your next placement cycle.
